1. Your privacy at IVPT

Instituto Vida Para Todos (IVPT) respects your privacy. This page explains, in a simple and straightforward way, what information we process when you use our websites, our application, or contact us — and what we do to protect this data. This Policy applies to IVPT websites, subdomains, the application, forms, and official channels.

2. Who is responsible for your data

The data processed through our digital channels is the responsibility of Instituto Vida Para Todos — IVPT, registered under CNPJ no. 00.623.904/0001-73, with address at Estrada Estancia Arvore da Vida, no. 1, Sumare/SP, Brazil. 3. What information IVPT processes

Depending on how you use our channels, we may process:

• Information you send us — when you fill out a form or write to us, you may provide your name, email, phone number, city, country, and message.

• Website technical information — such as IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser, and language.

• Application technical information — such as device type, operating system, app version, language, installation identifier, and the token used to send notifications.

• Your preferences — such as language, favorites, and settings, which are usually stored on your own device.

4. What the application does not do

In this version, the IVPT application:

• does not require sign-up or account creation;

• does not require login or password;

• does not collect your name, identification document, address, or banking data to identify you;

• does not sell or rent your data;

• does not create profiles about you and does not make automated decisions that significantly affect you.

Any login that Google Play or the App Store may require is from the store, not from IVPT.

If the application ever starts to include sign-up, accounts, identified donations, or similar features, we will update this Policy before enabling those functions.

5. Religious content

IVPT is a religious institution, and part of its content — such as Bible reading, hymnal, and messages — is religious in nature. For transparency, we clarify: using the application may naturally indicate religious interest.

We treat this point with care. The application does not know who you are, does not create a religious profile about you, and does not share this type of information for commercial purposes. Use of the app is always voluntary.

6. What we use information for

We use information to:

• provide and keep websites and the application running;

• send notifications you choose to receive;

• understand, in general terms, how our channels are used, in order to improve them;

• respond to your contacts and requests;

• maintain security and prevent fraud and misuse;

• comply with legal obligations and defend rights when necessary.

7. Legal bases we rely on

Depending on the purpose, the processing of your data relies on one of these legal bases: your consent; IVPT's legitimate interest in maintaining and improving its services; performance and preparation of a service requested by you; compliance with legal obligations; and the regular exercise of rights.

When processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

8. Notifications

The application may send notifications to your device. For this, a technical token linked to the app installation is generated. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the application settings or your device settings.

9. Usage statistics

We may use tools that measure, in general terms, how the website and application are used — for example, most accessed screens, failures, and performance. This helps us improve the experience. We do not use these statistics to personally identify you or for advertising.

10. Cookies (on websites)

IVPT websites may use cookies and similar technologies to function, remember your preferences, generate statistics, and integrate content from other platforms. The categories are:

• Necessary: Essential for navigation, security, and page loading.

• Preferences: Remember choices such as language and display mode.

• Statistical: Help us understand website usage and improve it.

• Third-party: Set by integrated videos, maps, social networks, or forms.

• Marketing: Will only be used if there is advertising, subject to consent when required.

You can manage cookies through the website banner, when available, or through your browser settings.

11. Who IVPT shares information with

IVPT shares data only when necessary, for example with:

• companies that help keep websites and the application running — hosting, security, notification delivery, statistics, and email;

• platforms you access yourself through our links — app stores, YouTube, social networks, and donation systems;

• authorities, when required by law or to defend rights.

IVPT does not sell your data.

12. Processing data in other countries

Some companies that support IVPT are located in other countries. When this happens, we adopt measures to ensure your data remains protected, in accordance with applicable international transfer rules.

13. How long we keep data

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this Policy and to comply with the law. Technical and security records may be retained for the periods required by legislation. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

14. How we protect your data

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data, such as access control, secure storage, and care in selecting suppliers.

No system is completely risk-free. If a relevant security incident occurs, we will notify affected individuals and authorities when required by law.

15. Children and teenagers

IVPT content may be accessed by different audiences. In this version, the application does not register children or directly collect their personal data.

If, in the future, any feature involves data of children and teenagers, we will adopt additional safeguards and obtain consent from parents or legal guardians when required by law.

16. Your rights

You may, at any time, request to:

-confirm whether we process your data and access it;

• correct incorrect or outdated data;

• request deletion or blocking of unnecessary data;

• know with whom your data has been shared;

• withdraw consent and object to processing.

To do so, write to privacy@ivpt.org.br. We may request some information to confirm your identity before fulfilling your request. You may also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

17. If you are outside Brazil

IVPT operates globally. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, South Korea, or another country with its own data protection laws, we will respect the rights provided under the legislation applicable to you — including the right to contact your country's data protection authority.

18. Links and services from other companies

Our channels may contain links to websites, social networks, and services from other companies. IVPT does not control the privacy practices of those services; when you access them, their policies apply.

19. Changes to this Policy and how to contact us

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The latest version is always available on IVPT's official channels, with the update date. This Policy may be provided in multiple languages; in case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
